Making quality films isn’t just for the big boys. Irish outlet ‘Fyzz’ understated yet captivating creation plays on a similar commentary of how we would survive with our society dissolved. Our protagonist is one of the last humans remaining, living a meek existence in the wilderness. After years of isolation he has reverted back to primal instinct, we are unaware if he retains his human instinct. He places a healthy distrust toward those that would impede on his survival. Survival is dependant on resources, if you have them you are a target, if you don’t have them you become desperate. The desperation of those surviving is an empaths beacon. Will empathy override distrust?
