All Hail! Hiphop’s heavy beat movement hits another EPROM cataclysm in its timeline. I don’t know how much work each put into the album, but sounds like EPROM still ready to fuck after a gangbang, no slow downs only take downs and beat downs. It shouldn’t have to be said, but PC speakers nor Iphone tweeters are going to give you everything on offer here, its thick gruelling sub/bass drives this EP. This 4 track monster gets released on 31st of July (on Alpha Pup), which closes out the best month of music we’ve seen this 2015, in a way only EPROM could.

EPROM won high praise in early Digital Digger days during the blogspot era, to see no sign of fading in his production places his counterparts surfing a wave into shore off his wake. The Eprom story from RA mentions:

“Drum & bass had a magnetic pull for Eprom, who was attracted to its rawness and its otherworldly quality. But after about five years he grew bored with the genre’s formula-driven nature, and became much more interested in producers like DJ Shadow and Prefuse 73.”

It seems like he’s got Alix Perez (D&B) on board with slowing it down and doing it harder. In outs in out and more in outs. IMHO, Best release of the month.
